All bookings at Pika!Ball Sentral are final once payment is made.
Because our booking process is currently handled manually, no cancellations or refunds are available under normal circumstances.
Rescheduling or Credit
If Pika!Ball Sentral must cancel or stop play due to maintenance, safety, or weather, customers will be offered one of the following options:
- A rescheduled slot at a later date, or
- A full credit toward a future booking. Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Bookings cancelled by customers for personal reasons are non-refundable and not transferable at this time. Please confirm your booking details carefully before making payment.
Refund Method (if applicable)
If a refund is approved for a session cancelled by Pika!Ball Sentral, it will be processed using the original payment method (e.g. HitPay, DuitNow, Maybank QR, or credit/debit card).
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, typically within 7–30 working days.
