When you make a payment, your payment information is processed directly through our third-party payment gateway, HitPay, which complies with PCI-DSS standards for data security. HitPay may process your data as required to complete the transaction through channels such as credit card, DuitNow, or Maybank QR.
We receive only limited information confirming payment success and order reference numbers. We do not have access to or store your full card or banking details.
We do not sell, rent, or exchange any personal data for marketing or commercial purposes.

- Booking data kept as required for tax/audit, then deleted or anonymised.
