Overview
These Terms govern all bookings and court use at Pika!Ball Sentral.
By making a booking or using our courts, you agree to follow these Terms.
Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received.
- Prices shown are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
- We currently operate on a manual booking system. Please confirm your date and time carefully before payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings for maintenance or safety; affected customers may request a full refund or reschedule or credit toward a future session.
Use of Court
- Players are advise to arrive at least 5 minutes early.
- Late arrivals do not extend play time.
- Each court may be used by up to 6 players per booking, with a maximum of 4 players on court at a time.
- Non-marking shoes only.
- No chewing gun or unapproved food on court.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
Equipment & Property
- All users are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Pika!Ball Sentral is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items brought into the facility. - Users must treat all property and equipment with care. Any intentional damage or vandalism will require full compensation for repair or replacement, and may incur an additional penalty.
- Borrowed paddles must be handled with care. Customers are liable for damage caused by misuse.
- Pickleballs are available for purchase only at site. No borrowing or rental service provided.
Safety
- Play at your own risk. By using the court, you acknowledge that pickleball involves physical activity and accept full responsibility for your own safety.
- Safety is our top priority. Please play responsibly and be aware of your physical condition at all times.
- Warm up properly before playing, and stop immediately if you feel any pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
- If necessary, seek medical attention promptly or assistance from nearby clinics or emergency services.
- The courts are not supervised, and no medical staff are present on site.
- If you notice any unsafe or damaged areas, please reach out to us immediately through WhatsApp or email, or inform the front counter staff during check-in.
- If an issue makes play unsafe, do not start, and contact us via WhatsApp immediately for assistance.
Conduct
We reserve the right to stop play or refuse entry for unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour, without refund.
- Strictly no smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances on site.
- Respect all players, staff, and facilities at all times.
- Offensive language, violent behaviour, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pika!Ball Sentral shall not be held liable for:
- Any personal injury or accident occurring on the premises, unless caused by proven negligence;
- Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings;
- Any indirect or consequential losses resulting from court use or booking delays.
All players participate at their own risk.
Cancellation & Refunds
All bookings are final once payment is made.
No cancellations or refunds are available under normal conditions.

Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply to all new bookings from its effective date.
